Jennifer Mcconville
Min forskning är relaterade till processer för planering och beslutsfattande när det gäller sanitet och avloppshantering. Målet är att förbättra resursåtervinning från dessa system genom anpassning av teknisk infrastruktur och institutionella arrangemang.

Presentation

Jag har en bakgrund inom miljöteknik med fokus på sanitet och avloppshantering. Min avhandling handlade om planerings- och beslutsprocesser för sanitetssystem, främst i Västafrika. Sedan dess har jag fortsatt forska på sanitet och planering, med ökat fokus på resursåtervinning. Jag arbetar med begreppen hållbarhet, livscykeltänkande, delaktighet och beslutsstöd för att bättre förstå och forma planeringsprocesser.

Undervisning

Jag är kursansvarig för kursen "Val av VA-system" som utgör en sammanhållande del i terminsblocket ”Uthålliga vatten- och avloppssystem” i civilingenjörsprogrammet i miljö- och vattenteknik vid SLU och Uppsala Universitetet.
