Supervision lunch seminar - Internationalising the doctoral experience – Forming a Supervisory Identity: Challenges and Growth for Novice Co-Supervisors (in English)

Transitioning from a doctoral student to a doctoral supervisor can be a challenging process. This seminar presents research on the experiences of new doctoral co-supervisors at Swedish higher education institutions. The main focus will be on identity formation. Following a brief presentation, there will be an opportunity for discussion on the role and responsibilities of the co-supervisor.
