Supervision lunch seminar - Phd Supervision from a Holistic and Hands-On Perspective (in English)

How do our own experiences of being supervised shape and inform the way we perform as supervisors? What can we learn about the complexities of supervision when we expand our understanding of who “counts” as a supervisor? 

Take-aways from an interview study on this topic are shared in the form of an “un-taxonomy” of practical, hands-on supervision styles. Moving towards a more holistic understanding of supervision, this talk will provide information to help supervisors better navigate the full complexity of the supervision task.
