Gender differences in pedagogic engagement at SLU: what does it mean? (in English)

Matthew Low has examined patterns in pedagogic seminar attendance at SLU (i.e. seminars like this one) as a proxy for motivation to develop as a teacher in an academic environment. Clear gender differences suggest that we need to seriously consider how institutional factors influence pedagogic engagement in our teaching staff and may reinforce gender inequality in academia.
