Researchers, advisors, farmers, students and other interested parties in the food chain are most welcome to the 4th Organic conference, NJF* 495 Seminar: ORGANICS for tomorrow´s food systems, to be held in Mikkeli, Finland on the 19th-21st of June, 2017.

The Conference aims to gather experts in the multidisciplinary field of organic agriculture to share and discuss new research results. Dialogue and cooperation between stakeholders in food systems are important for implementation of research results, and we hope that this conference will be an arena for fruitful discussions.
The conference offers key-note lectures by internationally recognized scientists (presented at the conference website) working in areas connected to the conference topics. Oral sessions as well as poster workshops will be arranged on the following topics:
- sustainable organic production
- organic food, human health and wellbeing
- organics in our societies
- organics – the development of tomorrow´s food systems
Mikkeli region is the area of beautiful Lake Saimaa nature and organic, local and fresh food.
