Train the trainers is back! This fall we offer two sessions on how to host interdisciplinary conversations.
The first session on October 10th is focused on the design of meetings and how to invite and curate different dynamics. We will look at participation and tensions and how different structures can open different kinds of interactions. We will also explore translation between experiences, disciplines and perspectives.
The second session on October 17th is focused on conflict, collisions and ruptures. How can we create spaces where we can hold opposing views or open conflict? What is the role of time, listening and leadership to move forward in situations that appear locked?
Welcome to join one or both of the sessions!
The Society for Transformative Conversations, supported by SLU Future Food, invites SLU researchers and employees to a free training for facilitators, with a focus on interdisciplinary and exploratory conversations. If you participated in any of the previous sessions or if you are a newcomer, you are equally welcome.
Anyone working at SLU with an interest in supporting new conversations
No cost for attending.
For SLU employees travelling from other campuses, SLU Future Food (futurefood@slu.se) can reimburse travel expenses up to SEK 4500 per occasion.
The course is held by Pernilla Glaser. Pernilla Glaser is an educator, facilitator, therapist, experience-designer and writer. Her expertise is pedagogy, leadership and collaborative practices for heterogeneous teams.
The training sessions is an initiative within the The Society for Transformative Conversations, supported by SLU Future Food.
