LULUCF for beginners

LULUCF is the European Union's policy framework for integrating land use, land use change and forestry into EU policy. Due to climate change, LULUCF is now almost entirely focused on integrating forests into the EU climate policy framework.

David Ellison, senior researcher at the department of Forest Resource Management, who has published several analyses of LULUCF, explains how it does this, and addresses a key question – has the policy framework put us on the Right Track?
