Competency-Based Recruitment Training (English)

This training provides an introduction to competency-based recruitment and the different stages of the recruitment process. You will learn about competency-based interviewing techniques and gain a better understanding of unconscious bias and how to reduce the risk of bias throughout the recruitment process.

Target group: Managers, supervisors and employees involved in recruitment.

Duration: 4.5 hours.
