BT get together afternoon
The Covid restrictions should be lifted by then, but we still want to arrange a safe afternoon to make sure that you all feel comfortable meeting in person. We will start indoors, but in a large room where we can keep distance, and the rest of the afternoon will be outdoors. Below is a schedule for the afternoon.
If you can’t make it at 13.00 please join later, as soon as you are able. We would love to see you all there, we have missed you!
Program
- We will start at 13.00 in Crafoord making sure that we have plenty of space to distance.
- Around 13.30 we will head outside for a nice long walk in smaller groups, so dress accordingly. You will have a mission on this walk.
- Once you have completed your mission we have some hot coffee/tea and cake waiting for you on the south kitchen patio from 14.30.
- Around 15.00 there will be some fun on the lawn.
- And we end by firing up the BBQ by 15.30-16.00 for a snack/early dinner.
- For those of you that want to stay on for AW, the BBQ will keep going and we will arrange a makeshift pub.
