Jag är veterinär och forskare med fokus på livsmedelsförsörjning i Sverige och globalt, särskilt kopplat till risker och hantering av livsmedelsburna och zoonotiska infektioner inom djurproduktionen. Min forskning bedrivs inom veterinär folkhälsa och syftar till att stärka säkerhet, hållbarhet och resiliens i livsmedelssystemen. Jag arbetar även med frågor som rör beredskap inom djurproduktionen i relation till framtida samhällsutmaningar, samt hur avfallshantering och miljöfaktorer påverkar risker för smittspridning.
Undervisning
Jag är kursledare för kursen i Livsmedelssäkerhet på veterinärprogrammet (15HP) samt handleder examensarbetare och mastersstudenter.
