Poster templates (Indesign)

Last changed: 03 October 2022

There are Indesign templates for posters, designed to match the exhibition and event material available for borrowing.

For advanced Indesign users

The Indesign templates are in Swedish and are mainly intended for advanced users familiar with the software. To use the templates, you need to have the latest version of Adobe Indesign.

For those unfamiliar with Indesign, the Layout and Print Services Unit can help produce a customised poster.

Formats

The poster template is available in three sizes: A3, 50x70 cm or 70x100 cm. They can also be used for smaller sizes, for example A4.

The template has several design options, and all of them provides space for more senders.

Accessibility

The templates are intended for printed material. To ensure accessibility, avoid publishing a pdf of a poster on the web. Instead, we recommend that you publish the content of the poster directly on a web page. Another option is saving the poster as an image and publishing it with a descriptive alt text.
