Passcode requirement when scheduling meetings as of 21 December

Starting Monday 21 December there will be a requirement to use a Passcode for new meetings when scheduling them in Zoom. In order for participants to join the meeting, they will need to enter this Passcode.

For existing meetings, there will be no change or requirement to use a Passcode, although the recommendation is always to use some kind of security feature for the meeting, either Passcode or Waiting Room. Please also remember to make use of the feature Registration if applicable for the meeting.
