26 April 2021 - Simpler schedule template and extended permissions in TimeEdit's web interface

All SLU staff have now been given extended permissions in TimeEdit's web interface (TE Viewer), which means that we have been able to create a simpler and easier to use TE Preferences - schedule template for submission of course preferences for Autumn semester 2021 - Period 1.
In addition to being able to edit information in the text fields "Title" and "Comment", TE Viewer - users can now also change objects of the type "Activity" and "Person" on course bookings. TE Viewer - users can also provide names of places (not central teaching premises) and external persons which are then displayed in the course schedule.
This means that we have been able to delete certain columns in the TE Preferences - schedule template. Of the remaining columns, two ("Course activity" and "Room") have default values. Filling out the schedule template will now be both easier and faster.
