Inspera Authorisations

All employees have a basic authorization in Inspera. The basic authorization includes the roles Author, Assessor and Reporter. In addition to these roles, there are also the roles of Admin, Place Manager and Exam Attendant. The different roles give users access to different modules with functions.

The basic authorization gives you the opportunity to create tasks (questions) and assemble tasks into a task group (an exam). The basic authorization also gives you the opportunity to assess an exam, but you need to be added as Assessor for the specific exam occasion first.

Even if it is not necessary for you to do everything in Inspera yourself, it can still be good to know the different roles and what authorization they give. The roles Site Manager and Exam Guard are primarily intended for Exam Service and Exam Hosts.
