- The project application must be approved by the head of department and contain a summary, project plan and CV.
Project funding
- The project funds are intended for pedagogical development that is not part of the regular teaching assignment and the project will be carried out during the years 2023 and 2024.
- Only personnel costs are reimbursed.
- A project can normally be granted a maximum of SEK 200 thousand.

Assessment criteria
Applications will be assessed on the basis of the following aspects:
- Potential significance: how well the project supports the pedagogical development of education at undergraduate and advanced level at SLU.
- Quality and feasibility: keeps the project good quality and how feasible is the project (realistic time and project plan)
Preparation and decision
Submitted project proposals are prepared by a group consisting of four excellent teachers and a representative from the Unit for Educational Development (at the Division of Learning and Digitalisation), as well as a representative from Sluss.
Decisions on which projects are granted funding are made by the UN President.
Notification of approved projects will be given at the end of May 2023.
Financial management
Granted funds are transferred retroactively after a final report has been approved according to the time frames specified in the decision.
Presentation of results
The results of the projects are presented in a written final report and presented at SLU's education conference.
