Here you can read about Evald Doctoral Courses and how the system works.
- The course evaluation is created when the course event receives the status complete in Ladok.
- Before the evaluation is opened, the opening and closing dates can be changed by the course leader, otherwise the course evaluation will open automatically on the last day of the course and close after 3 weeks.
- The course evaluation always contains mandatory standard questions. All doctoral courses have the same standard questions.
- Course leaders have the opportunity to add their own questions before the evaluation opens, a maximum of 10 of their own questions.
- An automatic reminder to add their own questions is sent to the course leader two weeks before the course evaluation opens.
- The students' answers are anonymous. The system does not show who answered what.
- Students can change their answers as many times as they wish until the evaluation closes.
- An auto-generated email with a link to the evaluation is sent to the students when the course evaluation has been opened. Students can also access the evaluation from the course page on the web.
- A reminder will be sent to those who have not responded to the course evaluation two days before it closes.
- The standard questions will automatically be displayed in the language in which the course is given, for both administrators and students.
- For administrators, Evald FU will be displayed in the language in which the course is given.
- When the course evaluation is closed, students will receive an email stating that the evaluation is complete. The email has a link to the summary of the course evaluation.
- A summary of the course evaluation is published on the course page.
