Education fairs and events

Every year the student recruitment group visits Sweden’s biggest education fairs along with s couple international fairs. These fairs are a great place for meeting prospective students and sharing information and experiences.
In 2023/2024 we will have activities in the exhibition stand and by using materials showing the organisation. Through diverse activities, we want to show all possibilities - SLU is so much more than an agricultural university!
We believe in fair activities that involve, inspire and encourage interaction and dialogue. Our stand construction give us that kind of support, in addition to its visual expression and organic theme, it functions communicatively and is scalable and can be used in other, smaller contexts.
Fairs we will attend:
- Kunskap & Framtid in Gothenburg, 23-25 November 2023
- SACO Studentmässa in Stockholm, 29-30 November 2023
- SACO Studentmässa in Malmö, 6 December 2023
Are you aware of additional fairs we should attend from a student recruitment perspective? In addition to the above, we will attend a numbre of smaller education fairs around different high schools in Sweden. If your department or faculty plans to participate in any fair, please let us know at study@slu.se so that we know where SLU is represented and can include it in our planning.
There is also exhibition material such as form of pop-ups, roll-ups, trade fair stands and other material to borrow. Maybe we have something available for you to use. Booking and borrowing takes place mainly via the service centre. Please take a look at the exhibition material.
Open House
Every spring SLU arranges Open House for interested high-school student can meet and interact with students and professors, experience the campus, participate in interesting discussions about the various offered programmes.
