Quality and impact (KoN) 2027

In 2027, KoN will be carried out for the third time at SLU. The evaluation takes place at departmental level, since quality assurance is based on the line organization. Each department nominates an external panel of "critical friends" who will conduct an evaluation based on the department's conditions and needs.

The external panels will visit the respective departments on one occasion during the period January - June 2027, and the results of the panels' work will be presented in written reports. The panels' recommendations will form the basis for the next cycle of quality assurance work at the departments and contribute to increased quality in research and EMA at SLU.

• October 31 - last day for submitting the departments' context descriptions to the KoN secretariat
• Early November – supporting material is sent out to the panels
• Preliminary November 19 - digital information meeting for panelists
