Collecting time, room and course sequence preferences

TimeEdit's module for collecting time, room and course sequence preferences is called TE Preferences. The collected data can be reviewed and then automatically pushed to the schedule, which eliminates tedious and manual scheduling work.
Login to TE Preferences admin interface is done with a user account created by the TE Preferences - administrator.
Login to TE Preferences requester interface takes place via the schedule forms that have been created for a specific campus and for the current area of use (e.g. course bookings for each semester or study period).
Autumn 2026 Period 1 - Drop-in support before deadline
Before the May 15th deadline for period 1, you can get help with your order form through drop-in Zoom sessions. If you are placed in the waiting room when joining the session, we are helping someone else. We will help you as soon as possible. Welcome!
