Some users have had trouble seeing invoice images in Proceedo. The easiest way to solve this problem is to use the web browsers Firefox or Chrome.
Since the transition to invoice management in Proceedo, some users have had trouble viewing images of scanned invoices. If you are affected by this, we recommend that you begin by testing if it works with another browser. Proceedo works best with the web browsers Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. We do not recommend the web browser Microsoft Edge.
If you would like to use Internet Explorer, you can try if it helps to install your computer with Windows 10 (if you have Windows 7) or update the drivers for the graphics card. Contact IT support or your IT coordinator for assistance with this.
