Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities at the Faculty of Forest Sciences

Last changed: 11 July 2023

The Faculty of Forest Sciences (S) works to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities in their work and studies. Work with gender equality and equal opportunities is a clear component of the faculty’s operations.

The work with gender equality and equal opportunities will take place through gender mainstreaming and will follow the requirements stipulated in the Discrimination Act for active preventive work.

All students and employees must have the same rights, regardless of their:

  • sex
  • transgender identity or expression
  • ethnicity
  • religion or other belief
  • disability
  • sexual orientation
  • age
