Sweden strives to become a leader in sustainable land-based aquaculture

The project "Test bed for large-scale land-based aquaculture" lays the foundation for an advanced test bed for a smart, sustainable and circular aquaculture and creates conditions for the development and verification of new farming methods, species, as well as technologies for the further processing of biomass. Led by Sotenäs kommun the project gathers partners from the industry and academia. SLU contributes with expertise in fish nutrition, feed, welfare and health.
