Invoicing for the use of teaching premises occurs continuously 11 times per year.

The price is determined by the size of the premises and the time of day. The premises are billed per started full hour.

The premises can be booked for one or more hours. For two-hour sessions, the booking periods from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are either from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM or from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is to avoid scheduling a two-hour session in a way that prevents other bookings, for example, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be given at least 14 days before the intended time; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
