Secure handling of sensitive information in Primula

Medical certificates and other GDPR-sensitive payroll documents can now be sent directly to the Payroll Unit via Primula. The function can be used by all employees, HR administrators, and managers.

We are preparing the transition to Microsoft 365

During spring 2026, we will migrate email and documents to Microsoft 365. We now need to work together to ensure how we send and store sensitive personal data and confidential information in email and on arbetsplats.slu.se ahead of the transition. Read what you need to do and how to do it here.

New rules and reporting requirements for secondary employment

According to SLU’s appointment procedures, all teachers, as well as managers must annually – – and no later than 31 March – report secondary employment in Primula self-service. Click here and read more.
