The aim of the analysis:
Is to provide a basis for the continued review process, e.g. by identifying areas of importance for our future subject areas.
The current situation analysis comprises two parts:
- An analysis conducted by the subject area leader together with subject area members. This part of the analysis focuses on: Present focus of the subject area; Development since Quality and Impact 2018 (KoN2018); Development opportunities based on previous workshops and Present and future competence needs.
- An analysis conducted by the department management. This part of the analysis focuses on: Current and future development needs and opportunities; Possible synergies and overlaps; Opening for new development and suggestions for the way forward.
