Faculty Board decision on development plan for the LTV faculty's subject areas 2023-2026 |

Autumn 2023 |
The working groups of the Faculty Board (A, B and C) prepare documents regarding principles for subject areas, subject managers and subject funds |

February 2024 |
The Faculty Board decides on principles for subject areas, subject managers and subject funds based on the working groups' documentation and decides on assignments and instructions for the departments' further work with the subject areas. |
|
March 2024 |
The departments will further process their proposals in the current situation analyses based on the principles and assignments decided by the Faculty Board in February 2024. |

Spring 2024 |
The Faculty Board's working group (D) prepares documentation regarding principles for strategic incentives |

June 2024 |
The Faculty Board decides on principles for strategic incentives based on the working groups' documentation |

September 2024 |
Documents from the departments regarding development and changes in the subject areas will be submitted to the The Faculty Board |

November 2024 |
The Faculty Board decides on the faculty's subject areas, name of subject areas, description of subject areas, appointment of subject managers, allocation of subject funds and size of subject funds prior to the allocation of grants in 2025 as well as faculty-funded strategic incentives |

January 2025 |
Implementation of the subject areas, subject managers and subject funds for the departments that have completed the process in 2024 |

September 2025 |
Documents from the departments regarding development and changes in the subject areas will be submitted to the Faculty Board |

November 2025 |
The Faculty Board decides on the faculty's subject areas, name of subject areas, description of subject areas, appointment of subject managers, allocation of subject funds and size of subject funds prior to the allocation of grants in 2025 as well as faculty-funded strategic incentives |

January 2026 |
Implementation of the subject areas, subject managers and subject funds for the departments that have completed the process in 2025 |

Spring 2026 |
Follow-up and evaluation of implemented subject areas and subject managers in 2025 |
