The purpose of workshop 2 was to get inspired by others who had been through similar processes, learn about their motives and success factors in creating strong research environments, and to discuss how to promote inter-group cooperation. We also wanted to discuss and share what we could learn from them, what we could apply at our faculty, and what would be hard for us to replicate.
