Give someone else the right to use your video in the Canvas Media Gallery

On this page we show you how to share your video with someone else.
- Go to My Media and find the movie that others will be allowed to use.
- Click on the editing pen..
- Go to Collaboration and click on Add Collaborator.
- Enter the name of the person who will be allowed to publish your film and select the correct person in the list. Tick that he will be co-publisher.

Servicedesk helps you with:
- Support.
- Sandbox (a test room where you can try the tools).
- Create users missing in Canvas and not in Idis.
