Published: 07 June 2022

The steering comittée at the Forest Damage Centre suggests to the dean to fund 34 projects from the budget for 2022. In total 67 applications came in, an impressive amount of skilled and creative projects which gave the reference group and evaluation group a real challenge.

Unfortunately the sum of applied funds was bigger than the available funds and this led to hard prioritizing. The Forest Damage Centre allocates 14.5 million SKR of which 12.9 million is spent on research projects. 57% of the fundning is spent on new projects and 43% is spent on continutation of projcts that were funded during 2021.
