The third internal call in the EU program "EJP SOIL - Towards climate-smart sustainable management of agricultural soils" is now open for applications between 1 of April and 31 of May.
The overall goal of the third internal call is to fund EJP Soil partners (including SLU) and related third-party projects in the fields of agricultural science, ecology, soil and climate science.
The focus of EJP SOIL and the call is to foster sustainable agriculture by funding research linked to inter alia climate adaptation and conservation of ecosystem services in the soil.
The following topics are relevant for the call:
EJP Soil consist of 24 countries and 26 partners (SLU being one) committed to the overall goal of providing sustainable agricultural soil management solutions that contribute to key societal challenges including climate change and future food supply.
