Karin von Greyerz
Presentation
I have a master’s degree in environmental and aquatic engineering from Uppsala University. My PhD project is in the area of sustainable food systems, within the project Mistra Food Futures. My project is focusing on potentials to reduce the climate impact from beef and milk production, especially considering the potential multi-functionality of such systems, for example ecosystem services. I’m using life cycle assessments to quantify the climate impacts of these systems.
Teaching
I’m teaching in the course Energy- and lifecycle assesment (TN0285) and administrating the course Sustainable Development for the Energy Industy (TN0350).
