Johan Gaddefors

Johan's career encompassed research, teaching, and administration. He coordinated the EIS research group, a team of approximately ten researchers and educators specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Sustainable Development.
Teaching
Johan’s teaching spanned entrepreneurship, organization, leadership, marketing, and scientific methods. At times he participated in program development.
Research
Johan participated in numerous research projects, including Rural Keys 1 & 2. His recent research explored the interaction between rural entrepreneurship and different contexts.
Supervision
Johan served as a PhD supervisor for twelve doctoral students, acting as the primary supervisor for six.
