Jay Håkansson
Research assistant who uses and developes computational tools to investigate the diversity of freshwater-living microbes.

Presentation

I'm passionate about how to use and develop new tools to better use and analyse the large amount of data that is being generated using next generation sequencing. My strongest interest is in metagenomics, pipeline development with Nextflow, evolution, and genetics with an ecological perspective.
