Markdown allows you to create reproducible, dynamic reports. Using R-Studio it is possible to document your R code, execute it and present the results within one Markdown project as to write the whole report / publication / slideshows / exams thesis.
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of reproducible data analysis with Markdown. You will work on small data sets to simulate writing a publication using R-Studio and Markdown. Basic knowledge of data analysis with R is advantageous. You can also bring your own data and work on this through the workshop.
We would like to invite Ph.D. students and researchers to a one day workshop in R Markdown in Umeå (2021-02-05 9:00-16:00). We will work in R-Studio, bring your own computer and have R-Studio and Markdown installed. Additional material and information will be published here soon and sent to all participants.
