Process during 2024

In 2023, departments, faculties and the Vice-Chancellor carried out situation analyses based on quality areas and standards. In these situation analyses, a number of proposed measures have also been formulated.

In 2024, the quality reports written in 2023 will be supplemented with follow-up of the proposed measures, and any new conditions or external factors that affect the quality assurance work.

Step 1: The departments update their existing quality reports from 2023. They are sent to kvalitetssakring-forskning@slu.se for sharing with the Faculty offices.

Step 2: The updated quality reports from the departments form the basis for quality dialogues between department and faculty managements.

Step 3: The faculties update their existing quality reports from 2023. They are sent to kvalitetssakring-forskning@slu.se for sharing with the Division of Planning.

Step 4: The updated quality reports from the faculties form the basis for quality dialogues between faculty managements and the Vice-Chancellor. Quality dialogues are also conducted between the Vice-Chancellor and the University Director on development measures within the University Administration.

Step 5: The Vice-Chancellor compiles an updated university-wide quality report and presents it to the Board.
