New version of the doctoral thesis template

SLU's Word template for doctoral theses has been updated, and a new version is available for download. This version has been adapted for accessibility to ensure the correct reading order of the text.

In the new version of the template (6.4), frames around Heading 1 have been removed to ensure the correct reading order during automatic document reading. As a result, Heading 1-level headings now appear higher on the page than in previous versions.
If you have already started writing with an older version, you can choose whether to continue working in your existing document or transfer your text to the new version. However, previous temple versions do not have the correct reading order. See instructions on how to paste text into a new document:
The thesis template is mandatory for all doctoral theses printed in SLU's ACTA series and is designed in accordance with SLU's graphic profile. Please contact the library (library@slu.se) if you encounter problems when using the library's templates.
