Uppdated: Renovation temporarily closes car parks at Ultuna

Due to a reduction in the number of parking spaces at Ultuna, Akademiska Hus has decided to open the parking lot at Klinikcentrum ("Old KC"). However, the parking lot needs to be cleaned first as it has been used as a gravel storage area, but it is planned to be open by Week 23, which is next week.
Akademiska Hus will begin the renovation of the building located between Ekologicentrum and MWM House on Gerda Nilssons väg 2 during week 23. The building is now called Maskrosen (Dandelion). The renovation will take a couple of years. The parking lot in front of the building will be closed.
A temporary road will be constructed past Maskrosen to parking lots closer to MWM.
The parking lot just south of the building will also be closed during the renovation.
The building, constructed in 1973, will be completely renovated and transformed into a modern laboratory environment. Maskrosen is expected to be ready for new tenants by 2025.
The parking lot will be closed during the period when the renovation is in progress, i.e. for two years.
The location situated just south of Maskrosen, which is currently a parking lot, is also scheduled for renovation. This will result in fewer parking spaces.
