Faulty climate fees on travel bookings

Our travel agency Egencia is trying to fix so that the correct fee is set according to our environmental policy.
Each air travel will be subject to a fee. The size of the fee is equal for domestic and international travels. The fee is SEK 120 per trip for all staff regardless of the employee’s location. The definition of ’trip’ is a journey from start to destination, regardless of the number of stopovers. It may take some time for the system to be corrected.
Incorrect climate fees will be credited.
