I work mostly with quantifications of food waste and life cycle assesments of waste reducing actions.
Teaching
I work as a course leader for the courses System- and life cycle assesment (15HEC) and Food waste - current situation and future opportunities (7,5HEC) but im also a guest lecturer about food waste in various courses related to sustainable development and food systems.
I also work as a coordinator for the research school Sustainable Biomass Systems.

Cooperation
I am the chairman of the board of the spin off company Matomatic that develops and sell tools for food waste reduction in restaurants and canteens.
Background
My educational background includes studies in chemisty and food science at Uppsala University, and studies in food control at SLU. I was also working as a food inspector before I started working with research.
