Research

During my Ph.D. study, my interests focused on the plants' ecophysiological responses to extreme climate events. The primary question of my research is that

"How do extreme heat, drought, and heavy rainfall, individually and interactively, affect seed germination, seedling photosynthetic activities, and growth in conifer species?".

To uncover the answer, I conducted a multifactor climate change experiment to simulate extreme heat, drought, and heavy rainfall events in the open field.
