Supervision Lunch Seminar - Reflections on supervision practice - what kind of a supervisor am I?

Drawing on her experience of facilitating reflective practice and self assessment Karen will facilitate a discussion about how we approach supervision and the values, skills and behaviours we take with us into supervisory relationships. We will consider how this impacts on our relationships with doctoral students and with our colleagues in supervisory teams. Together we will identify how we can use this insight into our professional practice to support recruitment, future funding applications and promotion.
