Use your wellness allowance

This is a reminder that you should use your SLU wellness allowance that covers the cost of wellness activities up to SEK 2 000 per calendar year. It can be used for a variety of activities. Please note that there are new procedures for sending in receipts.
Wellness providers linked to Epassi
The Epassi website lists the providers where you can spend your wellness allowance using its service. The app also lists all the wellness activities available, making it easy for you to find something that suits you. You can also pay using the Epassi app.
Providers not linked to Epassi (reimbursements)
You will need to register your purchase in Epassi and post them your receipt – digital copies are not accepted.
Please note that there are new procedures for sending in receipts.
- 14 November: deadline for registering receipts. Please note that receipts can only be registered for suppliers not linked to Epassi.
- 21 November: all receipts sent by post must have been received by the Epassi.
- 27 November: final day to submit any supplementary documentation for registered receipts.
