Now we have a new telephone operator

Your sim card will be activated without PIN-code. Create one by following the instructions below.

If you have an Android phone:

1. Choose "Settings"
2. Scroll down until you find "Security"
3. Select "Advanced settings”
4. Choose "SIM card lock"
5. Select "Change SIM PIN" and follow the instructions.

I you have an iPhone:

1. Choose "Settings"
2. Choose "Mobil data" and then choose "SIM-PIN"
3. Activate "SIM-PIN". Choose "Change PIN" and follow the instrutions.

Do you need help to put in your sim card?

IT service desk can help you at Alnarp, Umeå and Ultuna. If you are on another location and need help contact your contact person or your manager.
