Do not install your new sim card prior to 25 October 07:00!
You change the SIM card in your phone after 07:00 on Wednesday, 25 October. PLEASE NOTE! Do not change earlier, it may cause the phone to get the wrong information about which number it is calling from.
Service desk can help you at Alnarp, Umeå and Ultuna. If you are on another location and need help contact your contact person or your manager.
Check your post box or contact your contact person or manager if you haven’t got your sim card yet.
If you applied to get extra “datasim” or extra sim cards these will be included in the envelope you got. On the other hand, if you requested to get a mobile data plan you will get this separately. The status can you see in your errand.
If you have a modern telephone the SMS history is not affected.
Contacts are normally saved in the phone on a modern phone and will not be affected, unless you have chosen for them to be saved on the SIM card yourself.
