Construction work at Petrus Laestadius väg

Traffic to and from SLU Umeå may be affected by excavation work during the coming six months.
Umeå kommun and Akademiska Hus will do some preparatory work for the planned residential area at the northern part of Petrus Laestadius väg (blue markings).
Umeå municipality will also during April to October dig in Petrus Laestadius road to lay a 170 kV power line. This is to strengthen the city's capacity for electricity supply. They will work in stages with a probable start from the south.
