Consultation

Managers and leaders can contact us for advice on specific issues related to their managerial or leadership roles. Consultation services are often available at short notice, and can include advice for addressing ongoing issues, or provide a space outside of your department to discuss strategic decisions. Anyone at SLU who is new to a leadership role or the university can ask for consultation to be included into their introduction.
