Workshop: Japanese ink painting (Alnarp)

Sumi-e is an art form where subjects are painted with black ink in different shades. The Japanese term 'sumi' means 'black ink' and 'e' means 'painting'.

In the workshop Sumiko Knudsen, author of the book "Sumi-e", will show you the basics of the technique and you get a chance to try it yourself. You do not need to bring any materials or prior knowledge.
