In SustAinimal we investigate how grazing is conducted and how it can be conducted in the future via our Grazing Living Labs.
SustAinimal has three Grazing Living Labs, one in Skåne, one in Västra Götaland, and one in Västerbotten. Each Grazing Living Lab includes farmers, farms, researchers and stakeholders who investigate which grazing strategies are most appropriate in the different regions, for different farmers.
At this seminar we focus on grazing in the north. Agnes van den Pol-van Dasselaar, Professor of Applied Sciences in Grasslands and Grazing Aeres from the University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands participates as keynote speaker.
