Do you have questions about data management and open research data concerning climate- and environmental data? Participate in our online Q&A about opportunities, as well as pros and cons sharing research data in the SND research data catalogue.
The Q&A will be led by Ida Taberman, Business Developer at the SLU-library and domain specialist in climate- and environmental data at the SND-office. Questions will also be answered by research data advisers of the Swedish National Data Service as well as researchers that have shared their data through the SND-catalogue.
Swedish National Data Service (SND) has a primary function to support the accessibility, preservation, and re-use of research data and related materials. SLU is one of the universities that forms the consortium that runs SND, and employees at SLU can publish data in SND's national data catalog.
SLU's participation in SND takes place through Data Management Support (DMS) at the SLU library. DMS supports researchers, students and environmental monitoring and assessment staff, with, among other things, handling, publishing and archiving data.
