Book a room for preparations or post-work

If you need to book a room for preparations or post-work, for example, when using labs, you can use the Preferences form. In the form:

  • Choose "Other" in the activities field.
  • Write "Pre- and postwork" in the field "Information to the booker".

The room will be booked for the requested time, but it will not appear in the students' digital schedule. As a teacher, you can see the booking if you log in as Staff in TimeEdit.
